Quest Information Null 2010-07-30 client

As you can see in above image, I have a problem in quest list showing ID not title, and quest information showing null.

 

I tried replacing my questid2 using data v2.0

 Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

 

Client used: 20100730

Translation used: data v2.0

still the same, sir.

 

I tried looking at my db/pre-re/quest_db.txt

 

The quest id matches with the questid2display but it just doesnt work.
