change language from Login and Ingame

i have made 2 pictures and i would like change the text how show my arrow.

can me everyone say how i can change this text and where can i find it.

I think in your sclientinfo.xml

change langtype into 0

1 pic = msgstringtable.txt line 3262 ~ 3265

2 pic = lua files/signboardlist.lub

very thanks, Thats was it.

But i have an another question.

my izlude academy is not working. i use the 2018 client (06/2018)

so when i you go inside from the academy you can not walk behind the secretary npc and when you try to go upstairs then you warp to a black map and you can't move.

How can i fix this problem?
