Resetting camera view after 2 right clicks

Resetting to the default view: Quickly right-click twice to reset the view to face north

This does not work on our client. Client Date is 2015-11-04

use (shift/alt/ctrl  +  right click twice) to reset the angle/height/direction

 

alt = direction

ctrl = height

shift = angle

 

however right click twice to reset the direction without alt should work without diff as i know
