[FluxCP] Characters Ban List

I'm looking for an addons that can create a list with the names of the characters banned or muted with any reasons and time ban/mute... exactly like this: https://www.limitro.com/banlist/

I think that the administrators of LimitRO have made it for their use because unfortunately I do not find any information in this forum.
Do any of you know if there is an already ready addon?
