Hello,

I'm really interested on making new specialeffects (spr/act or str), but the only way to "insert them" that I know is through RagEffect Plugin:

Problem is that plugin only supports until 2013-12-23 RagExe.

Anyone know another method? (Besides to use missing effects like jobchange.str and levelup.str)
