Langtype = 1 Issue

Hello,

I encounter an issue here with latest 2018-05-30aRagexe:

After set langtype = 1, I'm not able to login into Client (There is no issue with langtype = 0)

the account name show empty in logserv.bat (Refer image below), i need to use langtype = 1 to have english text appear in my Client instead of appear korea text

You are using a 2018-05-30aRagexe client which is not stable it's for developers with knowledge in it , It's a use at your own risk client.
