All item types same effect

Hi,

Is there any ways to make ALL books in DB will have +10 to all stats? Aside from manually adding "bonus bAllstats, 10;" at item db?

Try this It might lessen the your job inputting the "bonus bAllstats, 10;"
to your books(weapon I  guess?)
