Resetting default camera view using mouse clicks

Anybody here knows how to make this work? I can't seem to make it work on 2015-11-04 clients.

Honestly I didn't know about this one, but one of my staff told me about it. And I think it's a nice feature but idk how to make it work.

I believe you need to click it to the character as far as my knowledge goes.
