Skill delay questions || setting up a fixed delay on some skills

i made my server agi/dex base

some skills are OP on spams

how can i set like fixed delays on those skills like Bowling bash

If you mean really fixed delays just add cooldowns on it.

62,350,0,0,0,0,0,350 //Bowling Bash of Knight.
62,350,0,0,0,0,500,350 //Bowling Bash of Knight. 0.50 Sec Cooldown
62,350,0,0,0,0,1000,350 //Bowling Bash of Knight. 1 Sec Cooldown
