Need Normal Offline Server.

"Problem Solved". Found a link to a ready to play server & it works! All I do is run server, run client & that's it. That's all I was asking for.

 

I tried following this guide https://rathena.org/board/topic/104452-tutorial-how-to-create-ragnarok-offline-2015-client/?hl=%2Bserver+%2Bdownloadbut it lost me when it got to the wiki part and a little bit before that. This is not the kind of setup I was looking for anyway. I want nothing to do with the internet. I'm looking for a normal "TXT" server I think it was. One where I just edit a few things in "conf" or "db" (account/GM account etc)I think, run server, run client and that's it. I'm not really intrested in doing anything with it online or that other techno stuff. The links I do find for that kind of server are always dead. So any new links would me nice.

TXT hasn't existed for years. The instructions you need are exactly the same at the instructions in the link you posted. The only difference is you're not throwing it to a VPS/Dedicated server if you're just running it locally. You still need MySQL installed, or use rASQL.
