Discrepancy of ATK +% and MATK +% effect

Hi,

 

I would like some help on clarification of the script effect of items that gives additional ATK and MATK rates. Some items description that adds such bonus have varying effect in the list below.

So my question is, does such item that adds Atk rate bonus (bAtkRate) or increased racial damage to all monsters(bAddClass,Class_All, or bAddRace,RC_NonBoss,; bonus2 bAddRace,RC_Boss,)? This also concerns the Matk rate bonus.

Items in question includes Bakonawa Agimat Tattoo, Buwaya Agimat Tattoo, Turtle General Card, Rangdris Card, Pendant of Chaos, Pendant of Harmony, Pendant of Maelstorm, Amdarais Card and Realized Amdarais Card and etc. As the description in KRO and IRO databases mentions ATK +X% and MATK +X% of all the items listed.
