Item monitoring npc

May i request for an NPC that monitors player items in the server.

It shows the:

1. Name

2. Item

3. How did they obtained ( if dropped by mob / traded / bought to NPC / @/# command )

4. Date and time obtained.

Example:

Selection:

- angel wing

-devil wing

Selected angel wing

Then it shows the list of players that have angel wing

Then when they select a name it shows the 3rd and 4th information needed

And if With gm level 99 it will be exempted in the listing of names.

And monitor Server economy

Can anyone help me with my request?

If it is not possible to include time, date and how did they obtain it atleast the npc shows the lists player name that have the specified item.
