Hi guys! can i request this kind of script?

Players are allowed to donate any kind of items from their own inventory or zeny.
And to those who donated will be on the list of donators with the name of the item they donate
Admin can send the donation items for newbie players.
items that will be sent are account bound with the name of the player who donate it(only for the item) 
ex [Radian's Donate] Apple of Archer. Its a npc in game.
