Disconnect from server in Base Level 1

I can't connect to the server after I get back in level 1. how to fiix this? I have reborn system in my server..

hi emistry once my server got reborn and back to level 1. and then reconnect. they can conenct. and show that disconnect from server. and never connect, i need to set their base level into 175 to connect again. thanks..
