recommended Quest EXP for midrate

i have a midrate server, and my players ask if i could raise the quest exp for them to do the official eden board quests. so my question is what is the fair setting for quest exp on my battle conf for midrate server? i don't want to mess anything, like boosting them all up to max level as quickly as possibly.  and is there a way to give the quests a delay?

set the quest exp at 1x or 2x. don't edit the exp reward so you will not have a problem with that in the future.

You can do anything you like its your server, personally I wouldn't put your quest exp over 1/2 your base or job exp especially if you have multiple use quest on.
