groups.conf how to reload?

How do I adjust command levels without need to restart server?

 

I mean I want to put summon commands on GM level 20 on groups.conf, but I want to do this by not needing a restart to implement it.

 

Will @reloadscript do the trick?

wouldn't it be better to rename this command to reloadgroupconf or something like this? ^^"
