[item_rate_card_boss] How change drop rate to smaller value then 0.01%?

I want to decrease drop rate of cards to smaller value then .01%

How can i do that? 

 

item_rate_card_boss: minimal 0.01%

item_rate_card_boss: i want 0.00001%

to:

item_drop_card_max: 10000000

I want decrease drop rate from 0.01% to 0.00001% for mvp cards.

Last time I did rates was that adding more 0's means you're increasing it. Why not just put it at 1 and see what happens? 

 

100 = 0.01%

1000 = 0.1%
10000 = 1%
100000 = 10%
1000000 = 100%
