ive try change it to 99 ...but i got this error when i try to log in with that "99" account ERROR 98

PLZ HELP what is the password used to log in to the client? how can I edit them?? its the account password after choosing server . is it the same as mySQL password?? my server is working fine and ive start the game to log in to character. but idk the password.... do i need to create an account first?
