Me and Ragnarok Online
I was a great player and fan of Ragnarok Online in the early 2000s from the iRO Beta and this passion of mine was then transformed in 2003 into the first private RO server in Europe for the Italian community, INFINITY (ex www.ragnarokitalia.it on Aegis).
Later I was contacted in 2004 by lawyers from Dada (Italy) and Burda (Germany) who informed me that they had acquired the license for Europe, so they simply asked me this question: "...or you close your pirate server immediately and best regards or close your pirate server and come to work for us! ".
I made the second choice and became the Manager Game Master (MGM) for the Italian community in euRO-ro.net for the next years... then the license was not renewed and the fun was over, but despite all the past few years, I have recently decided to reopen the INFINITY 2.0 project www.infinityro.it also with the help of some friends and ex-GM of euRO.  (Info on italian Wikipedia)
