Es un npc tu problema fijate si tienes actualizada la data y si no, son los lua files debes de tenerlos en jobname y npcidentity para que sean cargados

Con respecto al primer documento este se encuentra codificado en formato lub y para ver correctamente el documento tienes que decodificarlo usando luadec, para la traducción del minimapa debes de usar Towninfo traducido
