Adel's post in No critical damage was marked as the answer
I think I found it. The file name is 'msg.spr'. It's located in Data/sprite/ÀÌÆÑÆ®
You should open it up in actor and make it transparent.

Is your client reading the itemInfo.lub? If it is, make sure the the following parts are correctly filled with you sprite info:
If your client is reading the following txt files:
idnum2itemdesctable
idnum2itemdisplaynametable
idnum2itemresnametable
num2itemdesctable
num2itemdisplaynametable
num2itemresnametable
Make sure all the information of your custom sprite is correctly in them. May be there is a spelling mistake, that's my guess.

You can just extract the sprites from data grf. Use spr conview to view and make sprites.

Adel's post in help with browedit was marked as the answer
I noticed that Brow V586 isn't so accurate when it comes to placing models. Use Brow V620 for placing models and etc. Use 586 to save your map, because 620 doesn't save correct.

Adel's post in BrowEdit Day/Night Map was marked as the answer
Uhm.. You can't do that. Maps don't change on day/night mode. Day and night modes are controlled by the client.
What you can may be do is when night mode is active, make the players warp to your night map through a script. But still this will have to be 2 maps. one for day one for night.

Adel's post in Trouble converting this bmp to spr was marked as the answer
What kind of errors did you get? Make sure to switch mode to index color on the bmp. Also, the background color of the bmp must be in the first box of the color table.
And here I fixed it for you. You can open the picture up in photoshop and see the color table for future reference.

Adel's post in Animated Headgear Prob was marked as the answer
Yes it does. Each angle being 8 frames. You can't have more than 8 frames for 1 angle. So all together it's 24 frames.
Also, take an official act from an animated sprite and edit that to fit your sprite.

Edit your water level to -20
You will have to edit your map after you do that though (height, models, gat.etc)
Download Brow Edit V.586, open The map file and re-save it and the problem should be fixed.

You can find the icons in Texture/À¯ÀúÀÎÅÍÆäÀ̽º/information
I'm not sure about adding custom navigation icons, but you can edit these ones to your liking.

Adel's post in Scarves ontop of character head? was marked as the answer
This is actually related to the act of the sprite. Open this sprite with Actor and go through the front angle frames and see. One of the frames are for sure positioned that way like mindstream mentioned.

Adel's post in im noob at spriting im trying to recolor act files @_@ was marked as the answer
You can't view that sprite because the frames are in .tga format. However, you can open the sprite up with actor and then save the frames. Once you are done re-coloring, you will have to re-make the sprite using actor as well.
