Need help on KOE settings (Emperium Still Can Hit)

So far everything is ok. Just the problem is the owner of KOE emperium still can hit the emperium. Can someone help me? I think its about patch but im too new for this and no idea how to do. Please help me. Here was the script. I already try to set guild_vs1 as gvg_castle mapflag but it seems not work
