Item sell/buy and Creator skills.

Hello, I would know if that's possible what a item don't take effect from Creator skills "Discount" and "Overcharge" when it on sell/buy?

Thanks but it's for shop no item, if I set this I should change all shops.
And after all items couldn't be "Discount" and "Overcharge" this is not what I'm looking to do.
I just want disable "Discount" and "Overcharge" for one Item.

It's easier to achieve by using dynamic shop.

How I can do this ? For No Discount on this item when Creator buy and no Overcharge on this item when Creator sell ?
