DB Error

hello! need help here , how can I fix this?

You're missing the import for sql-files/upgrades/upgrade_20140523.sql.

thanks but I got problem here, all items in inventory got doubled . like this..
see image, have a lot of red herb in inventory.. how to fix this?

I'm not sure how that would have happened. Did you make sure you applied all applicable sql upgrades?

i dont know what are the applicable sql upgrades. hahaha

may sql was last january 10,2014 , please tell me what are the applicable sql upgrades?

Those are .sql files provided with each updates, check on your '/rAthena/sql-files/upgrades/' folder and import them when necessary.
