change time and date linux

hello i tried to change time and date but it says "Permission Denied" when i command it on my putty.exe

 

here's the command i put.

 

ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Hongkong /etc/localtime

 

or

 

ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Manila /etc/localtime

 

still permission denied.

Try to run that command with sudo

or ask your host..
