In renewal, in terms of 3rd job, yes. They can owned MVP's without the help of party. That's why, kRO should fully rebalance the skill system.

Not all, but yes. Small mvps take me about 10-60 secs without buff and potions. Medium mvps take me 1-5 mins without buffs, and I can take on some of the hard ones with some basic buffs. With tons of potions and buffs you can get most of em, but still, biolab4 and similars can get pretty tough even for parties.
