I was just thinking... the problem is my client, or SC_DECORATION_OF_MUSIC effect of Music Decoration item has not yet been implemented?

I'm using 2013-08-07ragexe with a updated kRO, is there any trick to make it work? maybe a missing lua, or a sprite?

Cydh was right becuase 2013-08-07 don't have support for Decoration of Music nor Will o Wisp. As i remember Decoration of Music was released on 2013-10-23 in kRO.
