help Best configuration for Max Level 255

Good Day

 

I'm new configuring the rAthena Ragnarok Server. I would like to know what's the best configuration for a Max Base Level 255 like Max Parameters for all of the Jobs, Max Job Level in each of the Job so they could get all of the stats and skills. Of course it's still must be balance.

Why is it I tried @blevel 255, but it only stays at 99? I tried also using other job like Knight or trans class but it's only 99?

Edit the job_exp in db folder. pre-re folder if your not using renewal.

I've already tried changing it to 255, but still it limit the base level to 99..

What job is it? the 3rd job?
