Helpp!!! can't connect to the server. I was trying to make an offline server using this tutorial

http://rathena.org/board/topic/84746-tutorial-how-to-create-ragnarok-offline-2013-client-tutorial/

I downloaded all the files needed and followed all the steps but still it does not work. I also checked many of the posts here regarding my problem but there aren't any topic that solved in my problem..

Make sure you have edited your clientinfo.xml file located inside either your "data" folder or your grf file.

If it's inside your data folder already, make sure you have allowed your client to Read data folder first.

Or if your client isn't allowed to do that, make sure you have compiled the clientinfo.xml inside your grf perfectly.

Inside your clientinfo, make sure that the IP Address you are using is the one your server is using.

Please press the green UP button if it helped. Thanks.

<connection>
<display>Ragnarok</display>
<balloon>Ragnarok</balloon>
<desc>Ragnarok</desc>
<address>127.0.0.1</address>
<port>6900</port>
<version>34</version>
<langtype>0</langtype>

No.

You're connecting using the ID: 1. The ID 1 is reserved for communications (logins) through servers (login - map, login - char, char - map).

You need to create another ID, which is greater than / equal to 200000

No. Wrong.

The login server does not showing any login confirmation from your client. make sure you have asked your client to connect to 127.0.0.1 (localhost), port 6900, and both your client and server are allowed to communicate through any single firewall installed in your system.
