All in One Event NPC

My Name is Sophie and i have make an New Server

Now I Search an All in one Event Npc

It would be nice if he had 4-7 Events in it 

Somebody can help me out ?

Features:
    Will Automatically pick one event from the events in its list every hour and run it. Giving out an Item and Announcing the Winner.
    Event List: PvP, Zombie Survival, Dice, Manhunt, Poring, Maze
    Uses Custom Commands, @JoinEvent and @RunEvent
