i would like to ask something or just to confirm if this is normal
element properties are added to rc player? i mean like this
if i have deviling card (50% reduce NEUTRAL) + Thara frog(30% reduce demi) + Combat Knife (10% reduce Demi) + Beret - 5172 (10% reduce Demi)
Then i will have 100% Reduce damage on Neutral property ? i tried to atk with asura's strike the player with this items then the result was MISS .. even normal atk it is Miss.
