Pneuma Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 I dont currently have a means to pay for a site right now but I'm looking for something that I can temporarily use as a main website/forums for now. Any Suggestions? Quote
Conflicts Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 Back when I started my RO server, I remember using http://www.invisionfree.com/ for my forums and a free .cc domain for my website. There are a lot of free website templates all around rA, and most hosting provider will give you a free subdomain (yourserver.ragnarok.so for AsuraHosting), so I suggest you start from there. Quote

Well Invisionfree I used back in like 2004/2005 but they're so hard to make look nice lol Quote

However, if you're not planning to host your server at home (I really hope you don't). You can set up both your website and forums on a free sub-domain provided by your hosting company. IPB itself is quite expensive, but it can be free, ya know. Quote
