Security Question: Vote for Points Giver NPC

Since I am having big problems getting any Flux VFP Addon to work, I thought about an NPC that gives Points to anyone that talks to him with a 12 hr cooldown on IPs.

I wanted to make the amount it gives dynamic, depending on how many people got the points and how many actually voted (I'd do that manually every week or so)

 

But I am not sure how secure this is?

Is it any easier to exploit than normal VFP?

its better if you use mac address + ip with harmony if you are using one.
