How to delete this message? (cooling down)

i have un my db the item_delay for white potions

 

but when my players spam them they get tons of this colling down message and they said it's annoying

 

 

i would like how to remove that

 

sorry i wasn't sure if it was client-side or a db problem

They can disable it on the clientsetup so it won't display. Also, you can check this too in items.conf
