Ebon Armor

This question is regarding:

Ebon Armor [1]   [Body]   Item ID# 15014 (Ebone_Armor)

I'm not sure if this armor is suppose to be for all the 3rd job or just Rune Knights and Royal Guards since,

 

In Ratemyserver it says it's for Rune Knights and Royal Guards:

and in IRO Wiki it says it's for all 3rd jobs:

And in the rathena's item db, this armor can only be worn by Rune Knights and Royal Guards. Could anyone confirm the actual status of this armor?

By the looks of it, it should be wearable by RK's & RG's only.. But if iRO says so, I think it's more accurate.
