How will Blank eye work with 72 hair style?

Blank eye appears only if Hair style is between 1 to 27

otherwise its not appears!

Unless you are a spriter and you can create the blank eyes to each particular custom/new hairstyles further than the #27. That -hat- is not a normal hat like all the others,
