Well you gotta know what your IP is firt. Then you gotta register it here at http://www.noip.com/. 

 

Basically, It will just mask your IP so you dont go revealing it everywhere. It can also act as your domain if your planning host the website on the same box.

what we have here is just someone who want to test a server with no idea of it, that's fine we all just came to life know nothing but cry lol

sorry i don't know how no-ip works at all, i use XAMPP instead

 

you will have to wait untile someone else answers, meanwhile, i suggest you search in google or in the rAthena forum
