sorry no form session found(hack attempt)

I am getting this message when trying to change the password of an account. "sorry no form session found(hack attempt)"
Its something about Security Session, and i dont understand why i am getting this, I tried clearing my browser data because i thought the cookies affects it. BUt it doesnt, Please help. Im using Xantara FluxCp

Can't reproduce this.

 

Make sure the sql account used by flux has all the rights needed to replace passwords.

Replace would probably be the right needed to change passwords

i need this to cause everytime i change password or gender flux says Sorry, no form session found (hack attempt ?) 

but only on custom themes. not on default. i dont think this has goin to do with sql

any update on this, im still getting same problem everytime i change something to accounts like change pswd, email, and group id.
