*checkidle({"<Player Name>"})

Returns the time, in seconds, that the specified player has been idle.
Name is optional, and defaults to the attached player if omitted.

being idle means being not active for some time

checkidle command returns time, in seconds. 

 

3000 seconds = 50 minutes as what you have requested in this topic.

You need to attach the player when using checkidle() command with no arguments
