If i use MSVB to compile my server in offline no error. [the rathena-12].....

When i compile the server online [VPS] error shown. please see attach photo...

they told me the new version have conflict with the CYGWIN o.O its confusing.

 

Result: cant login user. it say unregister or sometimes wrong password even its corrent....

 

Hope someone can help...
