Someone help me About Novice Stating Stats point

Someone help me about this problem .. in other RO .. If u make novice u can select 3stats with +5.. example STR +5 Dex+ 5 int+5 ... but in this situation theres no FREE stats Points.. after that my stats will start to 1str/1agi/1vit/1int/1dex/1luk...

 

 

Someone can help me how can i do this promble

new client doesnt have this feature anymore ... stats point are distributed after you login into the game.
