use fresh svn then apply the patch. your code conflict by other modification.

Switch to GIT.  SVN is broken and will hopefully be dropped.

Since I see you're on windows, you can get tortoiseGIT (or a number of other programs) and clone the GIT repository located at https://github.com/rathena/rathena.git.  This will give you the actual project we were out of, rather than the broken SVN project.

My mistake.  I didn't read the full issue.  Since we've been having SVN problems I've just been hunting down all the topics people have been making.  This doesn't particularly apply to you, but you should switch to GIT anyways.
