item bonus via script

When i wear this item it will give me stats

 

bonus bAllStats,1;

 

 

i know i can add this to item_db, but is there a way to add it via script?

So what's the point of creating another script (custom *.txt file) if you can do it in the item_db.txt? /hmm

My map server crash when i @reloaditemdb, and today it is running online and i can only restart it during maintenance. Well its just a request so i can disable and enable them whenver i want without reloading the item_db.

that's impossible ,unless you have  relative event  like  OnPCStatCalcEvent
