Decrease Flee Rate Of MVP

Hi... rAthena Community...
I would like to ask..

Im already make change in test server about increas hp of MVP..

But i detect that if those mvp use skill Increase Agility,their flee also increase rapidly until all ranger and physyic attack miss even we are using pheeroni card...

How to avoid all this...
In the same time want to make MVP hard to kill since 3rdjob 150/50...

Someone help me T.T

You misread, I said to remove the skill from mob_skill_db, not from skill_db

@reload mobdb also reload the mob_skill_db.txt, no need to restart your server
