how to fix this packet?

when i make item using @item i got this packet error and will not be recieved.. can you help me how to fix this? btw im using 20130605 client.. thanks

set PACKETVER properly, maybe that can be the issue if you use packet_obfuscation.

i try to change my client to 20130717, but still same problem.. when using @item, item is not appearing in inventory..
