custom cutin sprite error?

I dont know why i have this error..

 

I already make the default cutin size with 24bit and bmp format.. But after i load, each time im talk to custom npc which using this cutin.. I will get sprite error.. But the weird is.. the error shows same name and format like example blablabla\test.bmp... Is there a way to make it works? I spend 3 hours to figure this out.. Still same error...

Make sure your bmp files are in that folder specifically.

cutin "castles",4;

 

My script looks like that

 

there is no need to put .bmp in it or a directory or anything.

Yup.. That exactly what i did.. But my custom cutin have sprite error.. But when im using the original or like kafra cutin.. no error.. My custom have error..
