Limestone Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 how can i make a query_sql script like this "you have a total of "+.@n+" Credits"; here's my script set .@n, query_sql "SELECT `balance` FROM `cp_credits` WHERE `account_id` = '" + getcharid(3)+ "'"; Quote
DeadlySilence Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 You can do it like this: query_sql("SELECT `balance` FROM `cp_credits` WHERE `account_id` = " + getcharid(3), .@balance); For every column you select you have to add another value at the end. If you want to select `balance` and `account_id`, you'd do it like this: query_sql("SELECT `balance`, `account_id` FROM `cp_credits`", .@balance, .@accountId); 1 Quote
Patskie Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 If multiple rows are returned by the query. You can use like the following in sql : SELECT SUM(column_name) FROM table_name WHERE value = some_value; 1 Quote
