is gates of hell depends on hp? when you HP is red or low the damages of Gates of Hell will increase and if the HP is full the damages is low

My problem regarding Gate of hell is that it deals the same damage when my HP is low from when my HP is full (high).

I'm using rAthena Version SVN r17426.

 

How can I fix this?
