Ok here's the problem, when someone break their guild and if they own castle the emperium shows in the castles even though woe is off.

 

Basically, I want to disable emperium showing if no one owns them when WOE is off.

are you using the custom woe controller?

it should be occupied the castle first. or try to enable the settings that will warped you outside if the castle was not active.
