Promo or Ads in RO?

does RO support this kind of feature? Because other mmorpg have some ads or promo in their cash shop.. Hmm.. I dont know what to say hope you can understand what im mean..

yes u can make those this works, Use npc and Cutin/ broadcast and messages.
Make banners of cutins... so when someone use npc that cutin will appear. by that u can promo aur advertise.
